Lotus & Bamboo Rooms:

Harmony Suite:

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, and the balance due upon arrival.
For monthly rental, a 50% security deposit is required.

Cancellation
7 days notice prior to arrival date for full refund of the deposit or a 25% administration fee will be charged unless room is re-rented. Check out before the reserved stay, a 50% of the remaining stay cancellation fee will be charged unless room is re-rented.
